Joe Pavlik is Senior Vice President of Product Management at Baker Hill. Joe plays an influential role in shaping Baker Hill’s long-term product vision, strategy, and development roadmap to drive innovation and meet the business objectives of the company’s financial institution clients.
Joe brings over two decades of experience in financial services to Baker Hill, having held leadership roles with PNC Bank, Fiserv, and most recently, Luxoft. As Head of Bank Solutions and Strategy at Luxoft, he was responsible for global banking operations, product offerings, strategic programs, and more. At Fiserv, Joe held various product leadership roles within the Commercial Strategy and Business Banking teams.
Throughout his 20-year career, Joe has successfully led multiple large-scale business transformations and managed high-performing teams that deliver innovative products and user experiences. He is passionate about building and scaling product offerings that exceed client needs while achieving revenue growth, client retention and increased satisfaction.
Joe graduated with an MBA from Point Park University. Outside of Baker Hill, he enjoys volunteering with local athletic organizations, teaching life lessons to young athletes through sports.
